Anita Sarkeesian: Feminist YouTuber and Target of #GamerGate Terrorists

Hi all! Based on the Washington Post reading we are discussing in class today, Feminist writers are so besieged by online abuse that some have begun to retire, I thought I would share a blog post I wrote about the GamerGate issue and a person who has been particularly harassed for daring to be a feminist in the gamer world, Anita Sarkeesian. Sarkeesian runs a nonprofit and YouTube channel called Feminist Frequency where she academically analyzes video games through a feminist lens.
